harrisburg you might be seeing a few flurries out there, 24 degrees, lot colder then yesterday 7-mile an hour wind make it feel like 16, sunrise at 7:22. these are other temperatures that are teens to the north of us, so some 20's to the south of us, but these temperatures are a lot colder then yesterday at this time. cold air really settled in overnight because we have had clear skies, so 16 degrees colder in trenton then it was 24 hours ago. this is what it feels like out there four in mount pocono. in the teens to the north of us, wind chill at 16 in philadelphia. wind chill of 25 in wildwood. it is a cold one. you need a winter coat. later on you may need umbrella, do you see high temperature today 44 degrees. when precipitation begins it will start as rain in the metro area anyway and then after sunset perhaps change over to light snow showers but again, light precipitation, maybe a coating on the grass, remember the ground is still kind of warm because we had record warmth over weekend so if anything just coating on grass surfaces, 22 degrees overnight with evening flurries, tha
