you know, the filmmakers, josh and harry chuck, harry has been chronicling not only chinatown but sanrancisco for decades. and there's so much unseen footage that i'm excited for people to see. and it's true, i think, for newer generations to see not only where the community is now, but how we got here and all of the community leaders, activists that got us to where we're at now is really important. robert: now, when you have a film festival that extensive, ? masahi: well, we do have a grid that we use because we wanna make sure that there's a diversity not only in the types of stories we tell, but communities being represented. we have over 24 communities this year that have films about their communities. and yeah, so it's a little bit of playing kind of a puzzle game. we get over 1,000 submissions, and we have about 100 slots. so, we have to do a lot of thinking, but luckily we have about 50 community leaders who help us program our festival. robert: yeah, and of course, i've been to a couple of the showings, and when i'm there, i'm always impressed it's not just the asian american

harris: your reaction? >> he shouldn't make dead economic policy. chuck grassley has said what the president is doing is wrong, that you shouldn't use trade policy to get an immigration policy. what he ought to do his work with congress on immigration to make sure that we are strengthening our border security to make sure we are processing people before they get here. but he is hurting our economy by these trade tariffs, and he is not coming to congress for authorization to do it. would we draw the line customer can do so he can have tariffs unilaterally whenever he wants to do them or for any policy? i don't think that was their intention with the constitution calls for. >> harris: what about us democrats? do you come up with idea that deals with the couple thinks it will take pressure off the border situation? first of all, we can acknowledge that mexico has started accepting some asylum-seekers and keeping them in the country while they wait. we can wipe away the illegality of crossing the border, if you have to. it's a crime to do that if you are here
