harry retired from the british army back in june. he last visited washington in may of 2013. his i-ten rare includes a visit with wounded service members at walter reed. >> a lot of people breathing a sigh of relief. it feels like a break today. >> how much of a break. >> we still got to 90 degrees at the airport and of course downtown we got to that 90 degree mark. the humidity has been up there. take a look. the clouds now enveloped the entire region. currently 87 degrees. any time that dew point is above 70 we're talking about rather uncomfortable and humiden thes. notice 79 due to a little bit of shower activity across parts of the region. we do have showers and thunderstorms here. zoom in on this area. i will make that box for you and you can see what we're looking at. zoom in on this shower right here in through south eastern, just to the south of frederick. right along 28. pretty good heavy rain coming down in that region and follow it down towards montgomery county. and then down towards southern maryland this is where we have seen the bulk of thunderstorms. that's something we will continue to watch out for as well. back towards the west. he
