because stacy stewart wasn't on trial and cal harris was.rneys insisted. >> cal did not deserve to be on trial. and frankly, michele and her family deserve better. we all want to know what happened to her. it's time to look elsewhere. >> there was a new prosecutor this time around. tioga county's kirk martin. he made the same arguments as the previous d.a. saying the evidence pointed to cal harris killing his wife. the trial took three months. and finally late april the jury got it. and the waiting began. michelle's family still convinced that cal was guilty. >> is there a corner of your brain that thinks, god, maybe it was somebody else? >> notso at all. not at all. >> well, cal and his family hoped the jury had been persuaded otherwise. >> you know, you've been confident before when you've gone on trial because you said, i didn't do it, i should be acquitted, and yet you weren't. what impacts your throughing now? >> by what bruce and his team have done in the investigation. it's got to create that doubt. and we didn't have that before. >>

harris: thank you very much. i am now joined by the public and congressman chris stewart of the house intelligence committee. good to see you. let's talk about the g20 and the presidents already had a trade agreement that he has signed. first, the significance of that and now secondarily what does that tell china? >> i think this is good news on several fronts. if this has been a trademark policy of the president that he's been pursuing. there were flaws in nafta that needed to be addressed and he has successfully done this. reluctantly by the canadians, much more enthusiastically by the mexicans and i think this is going to be good for all three of us. >> harris: how is our relationship with canada with the whole world watching and you see justin trudeau say that america is treating less can enemy rather than an ally? >> i think it's a vast overstatement. if you could talk to him, he would regret that he said that. and very clearly, we are partner, we are a friend of theirs, trade is incredibly important between the two of us. i'm afraid if it's an unfortunate example of how sometimes our language may be ex

harris: that seems to be the stomping ground. >> dagen: i have said that all along. look at martha stewart. charged with insider trading criminally, but she went to jail in west virginia for five months for a process crime. for lying to investigators. i think most of the people who have entered guilty pleas related to the mueller investigation so far, it's related to lying to the fbi for a process crime. one thing we do know about roger stone, "the wall street journal" reported earlier this week that they have subpoenaed material related to roger stone. these were conference calls he was doing, and advertising. they have also gotten his text messages to special counsel, media and social media messages. they both information. if they ask you about that's any you tell the feds one thing in your emails or text messages prove something else, they will know you for that crime, too. >> melissa: or he was bragging on mine? he said he was boasting -- >> jessica: they got a tip. he said "i've got a really good to." was that tip from julian assange, or some guy in the corner? if you did know that was
