2023 was a tough year for harry toffolo.hes of betting rules, the fa handed him a suspended five—month ban. the bets placed between seven and ten years ago, but now he feared his career was over. i'm sat there going, "how am i going to get myself out of this position here"? and then i had that. i saw an amazing vid. i'm so glad i came. i came across it and it was almost like, just have that. just get through one more day. so when i found out about my charges in april to come in off in september with five months. so i was every day "just get through it". and then five months later i got through it. and my career has never been at a high as it has been in the past sort of two or three months. and for that, i'm extremely grateful. harry is now a mental health ambassador for tricky to talk, a programme run by nottingham forest community trust. it's all about promoting greater mental wellbeing, making harry the perfect person to get involved. i went down to hucknall to trickey to talk. and it was it was an amazing experience. and
