i would like to welcome the harvard business school partnerr and a venture and village ventures cofoundery is still with us. bill, welcome. let me ask you, just chatting about bo about this in the break, it seems like a lot of activist investors take a look at a company with an idea that would be good for shareholders, might fightcutives ofinst, like a spin off paypal, for example, from ebay. or maybe not doing that big merger that they want for vanity, but that is eventually going to kill shareholder value. what do you think about that? is he is going to build a company long term is it a short-term play? clearly, spinning off paypal was not good for the long-term for ebay. they have got a great platform and they need paypal in their platform. john has done a spectacular job building that company and paypal has helped a lot. they need to worry less about carl icahn and more about keeping up with google and folks like that. but i think there are cases where companies have not thought through, does our portfolio make sense? each of our businesses play together or are they better off stand a
