joining us now from los angeles, harvey levin, founding and managing editor of tmz.com. sharon waxman, the founder and editor in chief of the rap.com, and here in washington, amy a artitsinger. harvey, why did much of the media ignore your earlier reporting on the michael jackson investigation and wait for the ap? >> i'm not sure it was ignored. i think there were some people who didn't do it. and i think part of it is that this was a little bit of a watershed moment, because i think there is a transition, frankly, between traditional media and digital media. and i think that five years ago, there really wasn't a news operation online. well, the world is changing. and i think it's hard, in some ways, for some traditional media, especially traditional media that's having trouble now with an audience kind of accepting that and dealing with it. i think this is a reality of technology and just of what has happened online in the last five years. >> let me turn to traditional media. amy, when you see a story from tmz, especially one that relies on unnamed sources, are you comf

harvey levin joins us live from l.a. where will he be buried and what did you learn about the service. >> reporter: he is going to be buried at forest lawn in glendale. a lot of big stars are there but this is going to be a mausoleum, a private area of the cemetery. it is not open to the public. you can't visit it unless you are a member of the family or you own something in the maus lee yum area. it will be closed off which will be a task for people that run the cemetery after the service is over. as for the service, we are told as many as 200 people there but they will limit it to that. it will be a small family service with close friends as well. they will close off streets and it will be a big to do around there. but a small service inside. >> what role will the jackson brothers be playing in the service. >> well, it will be a private funeral basically, private ceremony. they are going to all be there. joe jackson, we talked to i am earlier. they will all show up and it will be a service to remember michael jackson.
