harvey levin, tmz, thank you. joining us now with more reaction, geraldo rivera. fox news anchor, attorney gregg jarrett on the phone, author of in contempt. former prosecutor of o.j. simpson's murder trial. you've been out there all day, let's talk about your thoughts. more than any other show in america, you defined this case. it was the ratings to your cable show, you brought cable alive at that time. >> there have been three major attempts in his life, one with the acquittal in the murder case which caused me to be absolutely outraged. then he was found in a couple years later to be civilly liable for the wrongful deaths of ron and nicole. i was elated and so was much of america. today wasn't something i predicted. i thought the paroled board did what they had to do. that armed robbery and kidnapping in las vegas in that hotel room, it was like the keystone crooks. oj largely going to get stuff that the memorabilia dealers of they had reportedly stolen from oj. the fact that he did nine years and obeyed the rules, i hate the guy. i think he got away with murde

joining us more is tmz founder airport executive producer hev harvey levin. tell us what happened. a mess. >> well it was not really much of a hearing because rob's lawyer bob shapiro essentially conceded rob was wrong. and that rob acted out of spontaneous anger when he posted all this stuff. he knew it was wrong and said he would not do it again and agreed ft. judge wanted to issue the order so be it. he didn't really put up a fight. the legal papers are brutal. you know among other things china is saying she's terrified of rob because in the past he's threatened to kill himself with a gun he has and she says that he has you know inflicted violence on her and punched her and thrown her to the ground. he ran chased her and actually broke the door to get into the bedroom to get her. so, she says you know aside from cyber bullying she is scared of the guy. the complication obviously is they have a kid together and they still have to coparent. >> and here's the thing. from what i was told this is temporary restraining order that lasts until august 8. what do we expect to happen from

nobody knows this case berth than harvey levin to tmz. he get out today. >> well, he will not get out today but i think they will say he can get out, which would be in october. the reason why i think he will get out, look parole board hearings to some extent are political. they measure what the public thinks. i think at this point public thinks the following that justice and o.j. simpson never intersected in either of these two big cases. in the murder case, they didn't find him not guilty, it was pay back for miss deed of the lapd. and with the kidnapping it was a ridiculous sentence by a judge who didn't really punish i am for what he did in vegas she punish him because she was angry about what happened in the murder trial. i think parole board will realize there was never justice in this case. he served nine years. i think he is getting out. >> on top of that from what has been reported he can be what is considered a model prisoner, he has been doing what he is supposed to do. >> i guess that is a factor. >> yeah, lines, if he did bad
