if you know the elevator projects will be completed by next year and the harvey milk plaza. if all goes well it's going to be a few years out. so as i mentioned, we have had some schedule delays and at this point, we're looking at 90 days, but it could be a little bit longer. the original completion target, was going to be february of next year. but right now, we're looking at probably a early summer completion so we're looking at 3 to 4 months out. and part of that as i mentioned before, have been, now know, just scheduled push back in terms of when we started the project. and also we had some challenges in terms of rain days and some unforeseen site conditions. so one of the unforeseen site conditions was that once we started doing, rough grading and excavation, we found high beams that were part of the ensuring system with the construction of the elevators. these i beams were buried 10 their 14 feet below grade. which was something that we did not account for. at the discovery of these high beams, we reevaluated our design. luckily, they were mostly out of the way of the

today harvey milk celebration begins at 130 at jane warner memorial plaza, right near the castro theater. certainly expect some roads to be closed around there. >> time now. 705 road crews are out working on two major highway resurfacing projects. this weekend around the bay area up in the north bay. eastbound lanes. highway 37, once again between sonoma and solano counties closed for the weekend. caltrans shared this video of that resurfacing underway yesterday. the detour includes and involves cars turning off on highway 121 at that sears point raceway, up highway 12 and down highway 29 into vallejo. it's going to add at least a half an hour onto your ride. this is the final full weekend closure of highway 37. the road is expected to be open before the morning commute early tomorrow morning, and caltrans shared these pictures of work being done southbound interstate 680 between san ramon and pleasanton . only two lanes are open currently. right now, three lanes shut down and that's until 4:00 tomorrow morning. drivers are encouraged to take other routes around that construction zone. m
