now take a look right there we are showing you video from our very own joe holden from havertown where workers put the cash only sign up, to warn customers picking up that last minute bottle of wine. here at the state wine fine wine and good spirits store in center city near 20th and market, the line wrapped around the store. the customers say the credit card system started to come back on line around 5:00 o'clock but it has been a long wait for many. spokesperson for the pennsylvania liquor control board says that their credit card system was flooded with transactions between three and 4:00 this afternoon, essentially overloaded inn and had to be reset. state it worker did just that and now their credit card system is backup and running with a few outages but not before some very tense moments for some customers. >> luckily, cashier called me, credit card machine was working but next to me it was not and then i was down and moved him over and slowing down the system. frustrating some people and everyone is commenting as they look at the line and they are shopping. i couldn't templated
