i'll keep my head warm for this one.s during cold weather days like this, places liken vision become crucial for all the homeless who are out there. you begin to realize how important it is to have them around. we shot video earlier this morning, we went out at about 4:00 this morning. even though it's not freezing this morning. it's still cold. we spotted just a handful of people sleeping at st. james park in san jose. the park is popular with the homeless. it seems many are eethr in the shelter today or they sought cover under a bridge. the city of san jose conducted its first ever homeless census this year. it found that almost 11,000 individuals experience homelessness every year in san jose. that's a 21% increase from only two years ago. and one-third of them are females. here is what's really disturbing. 126 of the homeless were children under 18. that's in 2011, this year. for those of us who have a home, we also have some restrictions today. the bay area air quality management district has declared a spare-the-ai
