and in the north bay in healdsburg we had a lot of rain this morning over an ih in many spots, and some spots up to two inches and close to three inches on mt. tam. a look at some of the east bay rainfall totals anywhere from 0.3 to 0.5 in pleasanton. and then some spots with a little less. in the peninsula in the hills there are higher amounts of rain, and then go over to san carlos and it was about a quarter of an inch. and that was just with that first wave of rain. we are of course not done there because this system is still spinning across the region. we also see that snow coming down in the sierra really starting to come down here in the past couple of hours. as we take a break, some of that moisture moving to the east. and we will see some breaks in this as the sun comes out our temperatures making it into the upper 50s to near 60 degrees. and that's what we can expect through most of the afternoon. the futurecast shows that there will still be a chance of some spotty showers. and then right as we get ready to head home from work during the evening commute in the north bay the ra
