there are many things where health care is a little behind the times. when it comes to diversity, i would give it a pretty good rating.they try to do a good job with it. from a care perspective, we can go through diversity in a number of different ways. we can take steps to address cultural diversity training, we look at diversity when it comes to our recruiting properties as well. we haven't spoken much about gender diversity but that's something that's pretty orton to us as well. we work with clinical professionals, nurses and what have you and as robin mention, the majority of them is women. on the facilities side, we work with chief nursing officers, finance leaders, staffing managers, unit managers, hr leaders in a big portion of them happened to be women as well. even if it weren't the right thing for us to do which it is it's a critical imperative for us to be very represented from a gender perspective and from other diversity perspectives within our ranks. we actively work toward this. the direction come from our leadership team. one of our schoo
