this is one that the folks behind me received from the health department. and this says all occupants must leave market street immediately. many did do that as i said after receiving the notice. they packed up and left. prot yofrts got another notice from the health department declaring encampment a public health nuisance. just about an hour and a half ago public works director inspected the camp there to see if they had cleaned it up. all of the big tarps roped to trees are now gone. the bocce ball court is clear as well. and nuru said the place looked better and he answered questions about improvements and said yes there were improvements but when asked if they were good enough to prevent police from coming into the camp, he did not answer. so two camps got different notices but mean it gives the city a reason to go in to tear down tents. now protestors believe that action will happen tonight. and you can go to their web site they've posted that warning. neither mayor lee or the public works director when asked would admit to any police action. they won't
