harvey: i hear you, heather. even though i don' t have all the t pretend to have all the answers -- there is you. this is the disturbance that doesn' t look that organized or strong. it has come in along the west coast, but eventually, that becomes a storm as it slides to the southeast. it eventually picks up moisture in the gulf of mexico, and as it gets farther north, bumping into cold air, snow breaks out. here' evening, snowing around the nation' far north. i' m pretty confident washington, baltimore, possibly new york did a decent amount, but it is much more questionable whether the moderate to heavy snow gets into boston or the south coast of new england. that still has to be played out. for getting the heavier snow would be from parts of virginia on up towards baltimore, washington, as well as philadelphia. that would be the greatest likelihood, but it is certainly we might get light to moderate amounts. there is also a possibility that the more moderate snows do make their way up into southern new england
