this is that heather farms and they are in the water and believe it or not, even the water is affected because on a typical day, they tell me it's about 81 degrees. that's the temperature of the water yesterday they saw a rise to about eighty-four degrees with today. even hotter that temperature could be even higher today. so you could be in trouble even if you're in the water because you can burn and you can die-hard rate. so the clock is ticking on you. your best bet is a huge difference from sun. shade. i'm encouraging everybody to be shady today. you got to make sure that you are safe. in fact, we've got a chance to talk to not only a swimmer, he's a doctor. here are some of the signs you need to look out for. in case there's heat stroke. sweating. >> feeling cold, shaky. mentally, not quite alert as you should be. most of so if you see somebody like that or if it's you, it's obviously you're in yes, yes. >> and the fire department says if you see someone like that or if it's you dial 9-1-1. in fact, they have extra firefighters ready to go not just for potential wildfires because
