heather holmes is off tonight. the search for a missing teacher came to a grim end today after authorities found her body. the body of 53-year-old deborah schmidt was discovered just before 10:00 this morning in a creek not far from her home in ross. the high school teacher was last seen ten days ago. the discovery comes after two searches away from her home. one was around phoenix lake a popular recreation area in ross. the other was in san francisco's golden gate park after authorities thought she might go there to live as a homeless person. the investigation of the area where she was found did not show signs of foul play. the coroner will perform an autopsy before cause of death is determined. family members have said schmidt was going through a divorce but not known whether that played a role in her disappearance. >>> we have new information tonight about a bizarre officer involved shooting in oakland during which officers killed a man who was brand dishing a -- brandishing a fake gun. he was dressed in camoufl
