and working within a shape consistent with the historic district, a long, linear shape within the heighth, width, dimension of a historic shed but stepping out a little bit to look at this as a new building that serves a new private use in this location and the intent movement on the roof designed to collect rainwater to be used been a greywater system to irrigate the building and set up to handle p.e.v. panels at a later date -- they are not quite in the budget at the moment -- and to accentuate the wave appearance and let light into other sections of the building. a view of the terminal from the plaza at the front and the glass of two stories because this is where people will enter and move up to stairways, escalators, or elevators. this is a view from the waterside, and does not show the gangway which will be here which is a large piece of industrial equipment that gets you from the building to the ship. and here is a very plum sketch part of an early drawing, showing that the thinking that went into the public space design and looking at the views and where you see views from surround
