over my heisel years, i began to study the constitution, i went to a small college in southern indianatook a degree in american history focusing on the same, it was in that time, also a time i came to a personal faith in christ that my politics and thinking about america began to shift. much of that was also impacted by the voice and values and optimism of the 40th president of the united states, ronald reagan. when i heard ronald reagan's vision for this country, vision for a strong national defense, for a limited federal government for traditional values, and the words of my immigrant grandfather, my father who built a small business, it resonated in my heart. by the time i moved to the city of indianapolis, i walk into the republican party headquarters and signed up for the reagan revolution and i have never looked back.
