i'm really pleased today to be honoring helen rao. helen is a model executive secretary. her work goes beyond her job title and her contribution to the agency could she comes in every day, very early usually around 7 am and creates our daily clips , which gives her entire agency informed about what the press has been that they go for or over the weekend. she's also a core member of our special events team and she writes the clinical weekend release. which is one of our major resources that keeps our stakeholders inform about what is happening all the special buttons happening on the we can get people really rely on that document. but she also keeps our team on track. both communications and government relations, by planning our meetings organizing our schedules, tracking attendance and ensuring that the division follows all the agency policies and those are some of the -complicated work happening behind-the-scenes becky just really moving and phone. then, often she goes in for sophia simplicity i know, and the executive staff by reporting when needed get one good company
