i endorse director heminger's suggestion. having a working group or subgroup of the board would be wonderful to help shepherd this through the project. and create transparency about obstacles we see. i think it is great you have integrated a lot of the our learned lessons from projects by thinking about how the procurement process will unfold and how to ensure we have a rep with our suppliers. so that we don't rely on single source bidses for maintenance. i congratulate for thinking that piece through because it it is the details that really put us in physical positions once we are ready to implement something and maintain it. i applaud you for this and think that through. the piece i would add to the mix is that i would really want to learn more about how we will ensure we are integrating equity through the procurement processes. understanding this is a large project and a project that i think we want to be proud to support. moving forward and so i think ensuring that in that rfp we are you know integrating language and sppt
