treasurer heminger i do. it's one question.i'm not quite sure whether it's a small one or a big one. but you know, when i was a kid, you pedaled your bike and if you wanted an alternative mode, you got a skateboard. and it seems increasingly biking and rolling involves a motor. so my question is whether this plan will evaluate the implications of that, both for speed and safety and probably a host of other things. yeah, we will develop a personal mobility device guideline that is going to come later on in the process. and we'll also have facility guidelines that sort of account for different speeds in the bike lane and widths, because we're also considering cargo bikes. those cargo bikes are the ones that are like bombing down jfk in the late afternoon. they're the ones with the mostly children in them. oh, children. oh, you mean those with the kid in the back? okay, i get it. what's the one i was describing? i'm not sure. well, i'll tell you, they're pretty spooky. thank you, madam chair. thank you. director heminger colleague
