county, but i know that henderson county is represented here today as well as their folks out in theng. very importantly, we want to recognize the tremendous first responders who spent a long night last night and all day today who have been working tirelessly to help people who are in need. as well as countless volunteers who have helped people respond to this challenge. also there are more than 300 people who are state employees who are working on this tragedy. employees who work in various state departments helping to respond, a leader of which is mim kidd who heads up the texas department of emergency management. as we gather today, there are certain urgent priorities that we are focused on. the first priority is to look after the lives of the people who have been affected by this. that includes, first and foremost, doing anything and everything we possibly can to insure anybody whose life is endangered that we can do anything about saving and protecting, that is our top priority. the second priority is to safeguard and insure the surrounding area of anybody who may be endangered,

so between gulph mills and henderson road. two track or trailers and a mini-van kind of spun around, they're in the process of getting things cleared out. now, pushing all traffic off at gulph mills, and when i passed it, and i saw all of the traffic, it is amazing to see how many tractor-trailers are travel on the overnight. that's what the back up is made up of. pretty much all big rigs here all lined up from conshohocken, all the way out to gulph mills. now, some of those big tractor-trailers are not even going to attempt to exit at gulph mills, work their way through the little neighborhood thereto try to get back on. so they're casino every just sitting offer to the side right now if you are headed west on the schuylkill expressway, and trying to get out to king of prussia, i would jump off at the blue route, go north to the turnpike, then west over to king of prussia. that's the best bet for right now. if you want to give it a shot work your way off at gulph mills, eventually back over and back on at henderson road. look
