. >> reporter: jamie, councilwoman henl holton is set to answer to charges she violated campaign financeaws. it's of the last chapter in the corruption scandal that ousted sheila dixon from office. pros dutiors says holton asked developers to pay for campaign polls and they say it was a favor in exchange for holton to get tax breaks. holton is accused of veg lipscomb and john patter being ais to fund the poll during reelection campaign but lipscomb and paterakis pleaded guilty to the charge. if convicted, holton would not have to leave office because it's misdemeanor. prosecutors are trying to get a more serious bribery charge reinstated after the judge dismaysed the case. the trial is set to begin at nine at courthouse east in downtown baltimore. the case will be heard by judge sweeney who also preside over dixon's trial. in the studio, linda so, abc2 news. >> it's time 5:46. >>> an officer is on leave following a police-involved shooting. we are told a baltimore city schools police officer shot a robbery suspect at the harford road family dollar store. police tell us that a person outs
