." >> the next guest is henry cuellar of texas. good morning. >> good morning. >> as far as the state of the union tonight what do you want to hear from the president and what's the most important issue he can address at least in your mind? >> first of all, i think the president is just going to do a recap of what he's done the last seven years and maybe talk in general terms about the future, the traditional state of the union address where the president goes in to specific proposals, i don't think he's going to go into that or maybe very little, because it's the last year and as you know his relationship with congress has not been the best. but under the circumstances there's been victories in the past and he'll talk about those victoes. >> one of the things that is going to take place as far as the issues are concerned is the empty chair that we've heard about that will represent the gun violence victims. what do you think of the approach and what do you think of the larger issue of how he will address the kind of themes? >> i'm
