this is something that should be repealed and i know that henry cuellar has initiated in congress this rule. it is difficult to see that people still are working under the communist regime of the 1966 act. if this was repealed, we would be able to help workers that actually need it, people who are fleeing because of violence in the country, because of rape. that is where the efforts should be for resettlement and refugees at this time. host: who gets deported and who gets to stay? guest: who gets deported -- any criminal, any felon, anybody who has a history. it goes through the due process of the court's. a lot of times what we see is also this question by border patrol. 70% increase in lack of due process, which means that expedited removal and reinstatement where people do not get to see a judge, that has led to increase in deportation more recently. the rest of the people, if they have due process and get to see a judge, the judge will determine based on our laws, following the laws that we have established for immigration and regulation, who gets to stay. if you have a criminal re
