followed by herbert winer. >> good afternoon, i live in knob hill and i moved here in november and if i could just provide a little antidote, or example for what kit was saying. first week i was here i sold my car, bought a bike, and that is how i have been getting around since. and while i think that san francisco is a great place to bike i think that there is a lot of room for improvement and i encourage you to pursue the system build out scenario and i think that as you know, the saying goes if you build it they will come. and i think that in the long run, it saves money, for the city, and it makes san francisco more vibrant, and healthy, and i know that i find myself stopping, at businesses, and things like that. because i am on a bike whereas if i was in a car i would not be able to do that. and i just met so many people through that community, and i think that it is a great investment. so i just want to encourage you to pursue that. >> thank you. >> herbert winer, followed by tony lee. >> stake holder, i will not sell my car and get a bike. i am 74 years of age and i don't think
