here is a cool shot where it all starts. here's broad street. is your stadium complex, the wells fargo parking lot. the reason they're not allowing parking down in this area is that it takes about 130 police officers to actually put that whole operation in play. and because of the lent of the parade route, we just not enough officers to handle both the parade route and the whole parking operation. so, that's the reason why there is no parking down here in south philly. but there you go, there is the route, right on up broad street. there is the city skyline. we are ready to go, the schuylkill expressway eastbound, if you are driving in early this morning, there is a l i saw extra cars on the road this morning, coming in at 2:30, folks at with a washings grabbing their smacks and their coffee, ahead of the big day. eastbound still closed at the vine street expressway for maybe another half hour or so. if you are using septa regional rail lines, you have to have a pass. there is only select stations where the trains will be stopping. every line is

here's the satellite and radar is there last night's snow, sipping on by here all the way off the coast, it is across southern nova scotia right now and moving at 40 to 50 miles per hour and what we are seeing waiting in the wings here's the difference. there is no huge arctic high driving cold canadian air down but what we are seeing is a west/northwest mild breeze, this is all mild air. so this snow will start melting, very, very quickly. this afternoon we are in the mid to upper 40's. as we head into tomorrow, close to 50 and then it just gets warmer and warmer each and every day. we are close to 73 or 74 by mid week. here's final snow tall totals, we did really well with this. and out nicely. wood side 1 inch. bridgeton pick up 2 inches of snow. florence, 3 inches. huffs church 7.4. allentown little bit more than 8 inches of snow which brings your seasonal total over 2 feet in the lehigh valley. temperature wise magic number is 32. once we get above 32 everything starts to melt. as you can see here most of these locations air above 32 degrees. pottstown 34. malvern, warminster 33. c
