(jr) in the east bay... a tree in the backyard of someone's home in antioch first started leaning then fell down on a home.... this happened near the corner of 10th and c streets. the top of the tree came down on power lines and the house next door. the homeowner was inside when the tree came down. <"i ran outside and looked and i went "oh my god" and i knew we had a problem. got to get together and decide on what we're going to do with the tree, and if we can get the power back on. that's going to dictate everything." >(justine) there are no reports of any injuries. hermela..what does the scene look like out there this evening? chp tells me this incident is unprecedented. they have had cars collide into each other at the toll plaza. they've even had vehicles hit the toll booths. but never to the extent of causing major injuries to a toll worker let alone kill them. chp tells us just after 5 this morning.. the box truck hit five other vehicles lined up at that toll.. then plowed into the booth killing the toll worker inside. tonight we have learned the identity of the driver of that truck. 32 year old daniel berk of foster city has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and manslaughter. he and his passenger were ejected out of the truck. berk suffered major injuries. his passenger being treated for minor injuries and they are both at highland hospital in oakland. we also have the identity of the victim. 46 year old si si han was an employee of caltrans for more than a decade. she leaves behind her husband and young daughter. we spoke with a cal trans spokesperson about what they're doing i

(grant) east bay police have arrested a man accused of intentionally setting several fires.(catherine) jose gomes---a transient living in antioch has been charged with arson. he's suspected of starting at least four fires. one of them was at this florist shop. the owners told kron-4 last week that they lost everything in the fire. three other fires were set at churches. the suspect is facing four counts of arson and one count of attempted arson. the fires all happened in the 'a' street corridor. police say similar fires in the area are still under investigation. (grant) an oakland man is facing several counts of possession and distribution of child pornography. davey hudson is accused of having more than 100-thousand images of child pornography. the oakland police department worked along with the f-b-i to make this arrest back in november. oakland investigators say they found the images after getting a search warrant to look through hudson's computer. police also say hudson has a prio
