jade hernandez is at the scene of the fire where investigators arrive this morning but we begin with david stevenson at san francisco general for the latest on a show of support for the firefighter injured. >> reporter: i also want to update you on the funeral preparations for one firefighter but we just received an update on the condition of the wounded firefighter resting right now on the 4th floor of the hospital. we have learned that anthony boalreadyio was placed on a new breathing machine to stabilize his condition. has been is being rotated to help him with burns. streams of worried firefighters and police officers have come to the hospital all morning to check on him. his brother just about an hour ago told us he is set to be seen by a neuro surgeon later today and his condition is touch and go. >> they are keeping him medically paralyzed in order to help his breathing. if he moves it will injure his breathing, they put him in a bed turned him facing the floor to help relief the pressure of his chest on his lungs so he can take in more oxygen. >> he told us the fire burned so
