ktvu's jade hernandez has just arrived there. i know you've been talking to the police. what's the latest there? >> you can see crime tape is still up. just down the street is the crime scene. this is what we know right now. the san jose police respond to a call to an unknown disturbance this morning. police pulled up to the 1200 block of oxton drive and found a man shot dead. that person was inside the garage. we've also learned there were three other victims. those victims were shot at that same house. we learned they were attending some type of gathering, those four young men were attending a gathering. the suspects had already left the scene by time police arrived. minutes later, police found out those other three had walk into several other hospitals in san jose, each suffering from gunshot wounds. one of the victims is already. the other two we've learned

ktvu's jade hernandez has been talking to investigators. she's back now with the very latest on this. jade. >> reporter: we spoke to hayward police a few hours ago. they told us the gunmen covered their faces during this armed robbery. hayward police are investigating this investigation. as you can see this is a well worn path. there's also steps that go straight down to the bart overpass. that's where the armed robbery took place along tennison road around 11:15 last night. we watched as hayward police scoured for the two armed robbers with canine officers after the shooting. from what police gathered, a husband and wife were making their way home from the south hayward bart station with two young men in their late teens or early 20s approached them near the overpass. the gunman ordered the couple to hand over their belongings. police say the couple didn't struggle or resist but somehow in the process the husband was shot twice. paramedics rushed him to the hospital where he remains in critical condition. his wife was not hurt. hayward pol

ktvu's jade hernandez is there right now with the latest on some of the damage. what happened, jade? >> reporter: dave, you can see firefighters were out here this morning. you can see the debris out in front of the one of the homes effected. the call came into dispatch around 1:00 this morning at 1127 elm. flames trapped between two structures forced firefighters to upgrade the fire to a second alarm. firefighters worked hard at extinguishing flames quickly. firefighters fought flames from the alley which is closer to golden gate and scott here in the western addition. no one was hurt. arson investigators were looking for a cause this morning, but the deputy fire chief explained initial obstacles upon their arrival. >> fire looks like it started between the two buildings and went up and got into the building here on golden gate and into the building of the back of the sea exposure. got into both buildings so they pulled the second alarm because we have units in the alley and out back and out here. >> reporter: when we arrived this morning the american red cross

ktvu's jade hernandez joining us live with some of the places they'd been targeting there. jade. >> reporter: good morning. we moved to a neighborhood where a blog reports that there have been some problems with gas thieves. the blog reports gasoline thieves are targeting various spots in the city including right here in this estates. the report comes out of clay cord.com. within the past month eight drivers have reported gas thieves targeting their tank. now here's a map showing streets according to the blog where the siphoning has been an issue. there have been a couple issues in dana estates in crystal ranch. the other streets listed are as follows, peach place, florida drive and meadow lane. the blog also says someone reported gas siphoning at this grocery outlet in concord. we were there about an hour ago. doors don't open for another few hours. we also checked in with the concord police department this morning and we were told officers have not had any reports as far as anyone on duty overnight is aware of. but our inquiries have been forwarded to detectives. we are a
