mayor hernandez thorpe intends to propose these amendments to the ordinance at the next city counciloch, philippe djegal, all kron. 4 news. >> nevada police say a suspected teenage fandal was caught with a knife, another gang related items. it was august 27th that police received a call about a vandalism case. caller saying they saw a group teenagers getting out of a silver car and demanding and damaging another car that was parked near nevada. high school officers were able to find that silver car and confirm one teen was involved in vandalism. the teen arrested and then a search of the car found an imitation firearm. also tools to break into cars and a knife. in the south bay. now a man riding as a passenger in a car died in a suspected dui crash in san jose. we're learning now total of 3 people, all 19 years old were traveling south on one overnight on sunday when the driver lost control of the car and crashed just south of antonio street. 2 passengers were ejected from the car and one of them has now died. investigators have not released his identity. and so far they say alcohol
