a man is accused of preying on women in the herndon area for weeks, sexual assaulting them while posing as a police officer. tonight, he's behind bars. fox 5's audrey barnes is in the newsroom with the investigation. >> police have charged him on two attacks of herndon women but police say he's suspected in seven cases altogether. investigators hope other women who may have been victimized will come forward now that he's in custody. herndon police had a good idea of who they were looking for after he attacked two women on october 11th. at 3:45 that day, he displayed a badge to a woman walking to her house on magnolia avenue. he sexual assaulted her there and fled in a gray vehicle. three hours later, he struck again on busy eldon street, driving the victim to an office park and sexual assaulting her in the parking lot. detectives had the suspect under surveillance monday when he went out trolling for victims. >> our investigators found the car, and at some point where he approached three different women under our surveillance. one woman he was messing with, we effected his arrest immedi
