hhs eliminating provider burdens for skilled nursing facilities, inpatient hospitals, and in-house health care providers. this is estimated to save about $8.2 billion. medicare advantage organizations and part d plans can now provide info to beneficiaries electronically, all of this adds up to regulatory savings and better system, i think. so what is the benefit of this regulatory reform? well, i've put out some numbers, i think it helps economic growth, it helps promote innovation, because if frees people to think differently. it helps job creation and creates confidence and allows people to be innovative and you know that governments is not going to impose new regulations, i think it gives folks a chance to think about taking things to the neck-- next level particularly in health care where change is the next norm. aside from numbers though, one could say, well, this is all wonderful and you're throwing a bunch of large numbers and who knows how you get those numbers. numbers come and go. administrations change and the next gang could pass the same regulations that the old gang took off
