it's much easier in let's say the labor-hhs bill or even the h.h.s. budget, which is over $70 billion a years, frankly bigger than the d.h.s. budget, to find the additional space. i applaud my colleague, ranking member granger, for holding the line and getting as much as we got and getting these other six bills across the line which are basically republican bills and have sort of flown under the radar during he whole discussion. mr. scalise: as a way to get the final text, i think it's important to note that the main things we've been focused on as house republicans in this agreement is to ensure, number one, that the president has more tools than he has today to keep our border secure and to build more physical barriers. and especially to build it in the places where experts say it's needed the most. if you talk to the people at homeland security, they know where we need to build more physical barrier and in some cases they're prevented by law from building in those areas. which is a ridiculous problem we've been focusing on solving and i commend kay
