david hialeah is facing charges for a crash in audubon on april 27th police say he failed to properly secure the trailer on his truck and the trailer detached and slammed into another big rig killing the driver, the roads were closed for to days to clean up all the chemicals that spilled on the roadway. >>> the fire began on cobb's creek this morning on the 5400 block of walnut street the flames were coming from the back bedroom and they got that fire under control in a half hour. the cause is under investigation. >>> this morning's rain may have led to this crash on kelly drive and throw cars were involved in the collision between fountain grown at 8:00 a.m. there were no significant injuries. >> the confederate flag will be removed from the capital tomorrow, a day after being signed by the governor. the confederate flag is flown over the state house for 54 years as it was hung as a protest to the civil rights movement. and it requires the flag to be taken down in 24 hours after being signed by governor haley. >> reporter: this is an emotionally charged debate with a lot of opinions

and i said, what is this truck doing from hialeah? because i think it was only one or two days after and i wondered how it even got there so quickly. and i talked to the firemen from hialeah, florida, and they said as soon as this happened we got in our fire truck and we drove up from florida because we wanted to help. and it just struck me at the time about how so many people responded from all over the country. and so many people were injured because of the fact that they were there for a few days or a few weeks or a few months even. so this bill is a critical first step in ensuring that the 9/11 health program is extended as soon as possible. as you both probably already know, this is one of my top priorities for 2015, and i'm grateful for chairman pitts and upton for your willingness to work with us to make sure the timely passage of the bill. i have to recognize all of the first responders who are here and whom we owe a debt of gratitude. and i wanted to acknowledge dr. iris udasin who runs the new jersey health clinic. and thank
