continues to weaken and here is what continued to happen but didn't and tropical storm jose is off the hick as well. following on the heels of irene. this one will stay offshore. low clouds and fog in the bay settling in across the region this evening. it will be there first thing in the morning. temperatures today enjoyed a nice clearing trend as we saw mid to low 90s across the interior. and mid to upper 60s on the peninsula. even the beach got sunshine today for a change. we will see his of that sunshine through the week as we see more dense fog patterns developing. supposed to be some clearing tomorrow. a slight cool. a couple degrees for most locations. nothing dramatic. just a subtle cooling trend which will continue through the weekend. fog thickens up along the shoreline. cooler air mass headed our way out of the gulf of alaska. low pressure will set off once again off the coast and tends to make for a rather stubborn fog pattern which tends to linger around the precido and beach. clears back at van es and that's about it. cooling trend through mid-week as once again come the end of
