i live in the rincon hill area. you may have noticed out of 700 folks, 32 children live in that building. the traffic issue is the big one for me. it is the big concern. walking up to market street to catch a metro train to this hearing, i observed a mother walking her stroller across harrison street at main street legally and a car lurged around from main street and laid on the horn and was honking at this mother walking her baby stroller across the street. we have a horrible traffic congestion problem right now. and i hope that we're right that we can set a congestion charge on the island so that the noolings have the one vehicle -- folks that have the one vehicle per one unit choose public transits but i'm doubtful. in my neighborhood, the rincon area plan has a one parking space for every two units unless there is some mechanical parking. some buildings have a valet because they are built for fwolings lots of money and they can afford to pay for those services to go get their car. in my building, ookt half of th

i lived in district 3, but not in telegraph hill or in north beach. i publish a newsletter for people that used water or facebook. they went to the planning commission meeting a couple of months back. i came here tonight to ask you to deny the appeal. i was looking very carefully at all of the arguments. i feel like i have learned a lot. i do not see where the argument is for the appeal. in terms of the cumulative effect, we learned that there is a lot being done. it seems to me that t-mobile followed the rules you layed out. you say, officer, i stopped at the light. he said, that is the law com. nobody could argue against greater analysis or a city-wide plan. you do not have one yet. stop denying micro sites while you try to find the funding for a citywide plan. what a massive failure you are admitting to. they cannot provide mobile connectivity for a year or so. i heard the argument that the opposite of cumulative, this power is not essential. i do not understand how that could be a suitable guidelines in this area. i would urge you to deny the appe

again this is north 101 at blossom hill. two lanes blocked due to an overturned vehicle.njuries reported so that may take a few minutes to clear. the rest of the south bay better along 280 guadalupe parkway, no trouble spots. in fact, here's live look at 280. it's some extra northbound volume but friday light there. silicon valley not bad. 880/237 connector looking very good. only six minutes heading westbound 237 from 880 towards 101. the rest of the bay area problem-free as far as accidents go. this is the good newspapers. our only other slow spot is highway 4 through antioch 31 miles per hour westbound between a street and somersville. typical this time of the morning. looks good west of there. 880 both direction problem- free. northbound towards the maze, no delays to report. southbound extra volume, slight speeds in the hayward area but still good heading towards 92. mass transit always a good choice no delays for bart, ace, muni metro and caltrain, all running on time this morning. let's go live to chopper 5 right now and check conditions over at the bay bridge. fri
