we are getting word of another fire burning in the oakland hills on skyline boulevard. acre in size but spreading slowly. they suspect fireworks are also to blame for the fire. >>> a teenage boy is missing on lake sonoma tonight. he disappeared this afternoon being towed on an inner tube. they have been called in to search for the boy. the 14-year-old did not have a life jacket on when he went into the water. another boy who was on the tube with him managed to swim to safety. >> yeah, even strong swimmers should be wearing life jackets, especially if they are being towed. so obviously for kids, if they are going to be in the water and the water is 30 to 200 feet deep, yeah, there is no reason not to wear a life jacket. >> the dive team will continue searching tonight as long as conditions are safe. if they don't find the boy, the search will resume in the morning. >>> further south, a man drowned after falling out of a raft on the russian river. his body was found late this afternoon downstream from monte rio beach. he was not wearing a life jacket either. >>> a nine-ye

detention facility in morgan hill near highway 101 and live oak high school. authorities say five teenagers escaped from there around 9:00 last night. after a couple hours, they found four of the five boys and took them back into custody. the teen is on the loose described as a 17-year-old hispanic man with a tattoo of an s on one arm and j on the other. officers say he does not have a violent history. >>> new details this morning in southern california where brush fires continue to rage. fire crews say the north fire is now 60% contained, but damage has been done. cars, big rigs, even a boat fell victim to the fire that began friday in san bernardino county and spread across the freeway.
