three at the top of the hill, three at the bottom. right now we're at the bottom of the hill where you can see evidence of this landslide still right here behind us. there's a pile of dirt and mud that's collected slid to the foot of the hill. there are some tree branches and uprooted tree trunks in that mud. and you can see where it's putting pressure on the fence on the property right next to it where the fence is just breaking away. uphill the effects of this landslide are even more visible. the ground is broken away from the foundation of three homes. one of the homes was deemed completely unsafe to live in and the owners had to basically abandon it. and because of all this homeowners say it's ridiculous that the city would think about no longer considering this an emergency. stripping away that emergency declaration means that the landslide area would no longer be eligible for federal and state emergency funding. now the city council in san pablo delayed making a decision on it after meeting last night. they're supposed to take u
