here's a look at our wind network showing you east bay hills and santa clara valley.otice these wind speeds out of the north at evergreen. approaching 10 miles an hour, but nothing too gusty out there yet, but notice the wind all coming from the same direction. it's out of the north to alamo. as we get to the north bay hills up toward oakville, north toward youngville and napa, we see winds at 5 miles per hour. as an area of low pressure drops in east of the sierra, this is resetting the wind machine for the bay area. high pressure to the west, low pressure to the east of us. we get these north winds that will pick up and we'll see this big time heading into tomorrow morning. so we'll see those winds cranking up. north and east bay hills could get some gusts close to 40-mile-per-ho40 miles per hour. the big time frame is about 8:00 in the morning to 1:00 in the afternoon. this is how cold we think it will get as you wake up at 8:00 in the morning. as you head off to school or work, you'll see those temperatures in the 30s. notice santa rosa. the numbers are coming up
