mosts gusts will be for some of the hills for the diablo range, east bay and the north bay hills. we should see some improvement in the santa cruz mountains going throughout the day as well. we'll see a shift in the wind and it's not going to come in from the north but more of a southerly wind. we start to see the storm system that's bringing in a push of cooler and drier air that moves away from us. the danger that we'll have throughout the day and so we're starting out this morning with a lot of the relative humidity percentages in the teens. we will see teens and low 20s but then it will get dry again going into the rest of the day. looking at the north bay down to 7% to 8%. it will spread more rapidly when the air is more dry and crisp. our temperatures reach into the low 80s. slightly warmer than yesterday. san francisco warming up. 82 in livermore. 84 today in concord. some changes going into the weekend as that storm system moves away it will still be windy today but tomorrow starts to calm down a bit. we will keep the warmer air going into saturday. another storm system mo
