i'm mike hinze the deputy assistant general manager for power responsible for cleanpowersf program. i have prepared remarks for this item for you. you have observe you a proposed memorandum with the puc and the san francisco local agency formation commission. or lafco to perform work for cleanpowersf. mou a duration of 3 years special 5 months not to exceed amount of 800 thousand dollars. in 2007, the san francisco board of supervisors requested that the lafco monitor the process of implementing cleanpowersf. and advise that the puc and the board of supervisors regarding the development, operation and management of the cca program. cleanpowersf served customer in nay may of 2016 and completed enrollment in 2020. cleanpowersf is now a mature cca program. serving 380,000 customer ash counts with cleaner power at competitive rates. the puc and life landfall maintain the memorand up of understanding initiated in 2009. and extended several times before it xoir in the 2021. puc and urban lifestylz are prosecute posing that our commissions establish a new mou between the agencies. the fund
