you've got through the google chapter but i read in the book that larry page really focuses on hiram stromanible women sheryl sandberg and yourself and if you look at the numbers today, google's numbers are simply average and they're basing this big lawsuit from the department of labor about pay disparities between men and women. what do you think went wrong? what is the lesson? >> it is all the companies, we just have extraordinary bias built in so interview bias, leadership really has to make this a very top priority. the leaders of all of the tech companies. 22needs to move from number number one. number number 20 up to one. diversity makes better products. opportunity and import for everybody. we really need to do this work, there is lots of stuff that most countries are doing. we wrote a piece called raise the floor and we listed all the things that leaders can do in your culture, there are so of many practices that would make a huge difference that people would pick them up and most people don't know them. you have a reckoning. it is a form of "times up." there has been plenty of time.
