low temperature advisory for parts of hokkaido. and we're also seeing that light rain fall. we have a low that's pushing overhead. we are not expecting any flooding which is fantastic news especially for the areas in the west like hiroshima and deadly flooding in southern portions of south korea. so good news. there you're going to get a break in the weather. there is another low developing back to the west and that is bringing showers. we have thunderstorm and heavy rainfall advisories in place. that will develop and move off to the east. later on down the road we are looking at showers for western portions of japan for the weekend. farther to the south there is a low developing here bringing scattered showers across hainan and hong kong and thunderstorms are possible as we look ahead through thursday. at least things will be clearing up for the philippines but expect the afternoon thunderstorms. the temperatures shanghai with a high of 27 and seoul of 30. but this the is the thing i want to note on. and tokyo is cooling off. 25 there for the high. much of the kanto plain f
