i'm holly headrick. and i'm jay siltzer good morning. here is a look 3 at current conditions across the region. your day planner shows temperatures warming by our 7-day forecast for both the mountains and upstate. 3 3 home goes up in flames in arden. this is new video from the scene on glen bridge road. skyland fire department was called to the home just before 11 last night... and says it was heavily envolved in flames when they arrived. no one was home... and no one was hurt. crews remained on scene overnight to investigate the cause. we have calls out to the fire department to learn more information. 3 3 also new this morning... flags are flying at half staff today in franklin... to honor a decorated mountain vietnam veteran who died this week. this is video of army staff sergeant nathan "nat" henry from the veteran's day celebration in franklin back in november. he spent six years as a prisoner of war in vietnam... and earned two purple hearts, two silver stars and two bronze stars. his funeral will be held this sunday in the chapel
