holly williams is monitoring the meetings in istanbul. holly, why are they so divided? >> reporter: norah, the syrian opposition agrees that the country's president, bashar al- assad, has to go. but they can not agree on what should come next. now, some of the groups within the opposition are islamist and want a government based on islamic law. others are moderates and they want a western-style democracy. one of the bitterest divisions are between those doing the fighting inside syria and then those opposition figures outside of syria who are doing the negotiating. now, many of the rebel fighters say that the main opposition group, the syrian national coalition, based here in turkey, is irrelevant and spends far too much time bickering. the meeting here this week has ended in arguments and accusations. >> o'donnell: so, does that mean the talks in geneva next month are in jeopardy? >> reporter: they're in jeopardy for a lot of reasons, but with the syrian opposition so publicly divided, the syrian national coalition has very little credibility going into the conference.

qualcomm and holly frontier are both growth stories. qualcomm announced on april 24th they exceeded revenue expectations. they raised guidance through the end of the year. we think qualcomm is negatively impacted by an association with apple people ought to ignore. it is trading at one of its lowest mulls pell of all time. we think the growth there is quite good-looking forward. hollyfrontier. there is several advantages, holly has. they're a refiner. the location of their refineries is in the central part of the country and southwest. they're able to deal with heavy crude. they're able to buy the stuff cheaper than the light sweet crude. so they're their margins are higher. they have a great management team that is very shareholder friendly. aig, they finished paying off the government recently. they trade at about a 40% discount to compared to their pierce. they're at about .7 book to price value. and we think management can now get focused on improving return on equity and that will in turn drive the stock price going forward. david:

the two words i want to say but i'll say two different set of words holly cow. this is quite quite something. to the first question i have for you is have we ever had any major construction project that has happened so close to such a large sewer pipe before? >> we've had many internal to the puc major facilities enter seconding and implicated analysis required. this is actually, the technical details on that particular project their relatively simply like consultants involved. we don't typically handle this expertise in the house it doesn't happen everyday in other words >> have we had any major sewer pipe burst in the past? >> well, we saw the pictures of the sinkholes. we're actually working on the project right now to address, you know, a break in this particular force main we're talking about. we're realigning the pipes and running a redundant line. >> what was the largest pipe we had break? >> the pressures that we operate are a lot less than the waterside but we've had failures in our 66 inch force main that runs to the south land. >> one of the pictures
