captain richard holloway of the royal engineers was tragically killed after being engaged by enemy fire in afghanistan on the 23rd of december. he was a highly respected soldier and our deepest sympathies and condolences should be with his parents, his brother and his girlfriend who left behind. mr. speaker, our thoughts should also go to the victims of the u.s. helicopter crashed about which details are still in merging. and mr. speaker, today i know that the sudden death this morning of paul goggins, np in southeast would've shocked everyone across this house. he was a kind and a brilliant man he believed profoundly in public service. he cared deeply about the welfare of children about the importance of social work and he brought his own very clear experience to bear as an mp and as a minister. he did vital work as a minister playing an essential role in delivering the absolutely essential devolution of policing and justice powers in northern ireland. he was like andy bloch right across the house, and always treated everyone in whatever circumstances always cleared everyone with respe

like right near -- if you know holloway, it's right near the center of hollywood. and they didn't catch his murderer for i think a year and a half. and so what happened was the gossip blog -- not the blogs, the gossip magazines just speculated. there was no journalistic integrity or anything. just "mineo killed by gay lover" or "mineo killed in drug scandal there was no validity to that at all other than they knew he was gay and i guess maybe he partied every once in a while. but he wasn't an addict or anything. and so later a woman called the police and said "my boyfriend who's now in jail for another crime was bragging when that -- when those news stories about sal mineo's murder came out he was bragging they was one who killed him. he was at the apartment just robbing an apartment and sal mineo walked in upon him at the wrong moment at the wrong time." and he stabbed him. and so he was convicted of mineo murder. but people -- that was over 30 years ago and still people that i talk to say oh, you did a movie about sal mineo? didn't his lover kill him? it was drug

holloway green streets. we have been meeting there with coffee talks and we'll be getting into construction of summer of 2015 of bulb outs. planters and pavements. it's what residents have been supportive. things like safety, lighting, some support from the bicycle coalition, our partner here is dpw as well as mta. we are looking at two separate areas. one is just adjacent to mcler and park and one is a church and we are looking to getting this going by july 15th as well. this is rain gardens and ultimate irrigation. baker beach project is kind of a neat one too. this is talking about all camino del mar. that water runs fast from the golf course to the street and causes challenges in the system. we have an ex- cess of volumes. it goes to baker beach. we are looking to manage that storm water better and we'll be looking to establishing rain gardens along the golf course and looking
