let's go to holly hughes, former prosecutor and current defense attorney. board to get a stay? >> here's what i think is going to happen -- >> is that -- >> they are looking for clemency. they want to stop the execution to let him go free, say he served enough time. i think there is so much media pressure that we may see for the first time in the parole board's history, they may reverse themselves. people don't know clemency was sought before by davis by the board and they denied it. they have never reversed themselves in a decision, but so much media and attention has been brought to bear on this particular case that we may see them backing up a little bit. maybe just staying the execution. maybe not clemency, but so many questions have been raised and so much of the evidence has been questioned at this point they may say, let's err on the side of caution. you can't redo it if you execute an innocent man. there is no do-over here. >> there have been many marches. you heard the mom saying she'll finally have closure. >> right. >> she ables he did it. this a

ted, thank you very much if first analysis, i want to go to holly hughes with us now. d former prosecutor. holly, first of all, tell us, how important is it to have these two paramedics who are coming out and testifying about how long jackson was dead? >> this goes directly to the heart of the state's case because what they're saying is, dr. con rald mrad murray was so negligent, he should be held responsible. when these paramedics take the stand and they say this patient was deceased. they're also going to testify dr. murray didn't want them to declare him deceased on the scene. the reason what's legally significant is if, in fact, they had said he's flatlined, dead on the scene, that scene would have been skeel sealed off right the there, they would have had a medical examiner come to the scene. nobody would have been able to get in there. he wouldn't have been able to collect the vials and start tampering with that time scene. it would have been a done deal. we also would have had photographs of poor michael in that bed deceased. and so what dr. murray is saying, no,
