[ laughter ] it's a big night here on hollywood boulevard.he espy awards are happening right across the street from us. i was thinking about it today. you know, the nice thing about an award show where every athlete is that no one's going to walk up there and try to slap them. [ laughter ] [ cheers and applause ] speaking of awards, i am also going to honor some very deserving and talented individuals tonight. acting is one of those jobs that seems very, very glamorous. sometimes it is. but in reality, it can also be very tough. when i first started out, i had to supplement my income by being a substitute teacher, a yoga instructor, a hostess at a restaurant. so it meant a lot to me the first time that i qualified for that sweet screen actors guild health insurance.
