i'm hoping after this election, when hillary clinton is president, i hopewell have a democratic senate. whatever we have, that you can work together. i want to forward one thing that people haven't focused on. paul ryan, whether he is the speaker most likely will be the house leader where we have had a lot of problems. he is running for president. that makes him very different. speakers usually don't run for president. he's going to be subjected to a broader set of constraints and he may not be the kind of negative speaker that we have seen all -- although with the exception of nancy pelosi who in fact -- and i guess -- i would hope that paul ryan would look to nancy pelosi. when she first became speaker in 2007 and 2008 and george bush was the president and the economy was collapsing because of policies that the bush administration had pursued, nancy pe loss estepped up and strucked me and others to cooperate. the last bipartisan you had was under hers leadership in cooperating and dealing with the crisis. i'm hoping that paul ryan learns from that. >> so i looked up congress approval
